From our Teen Integration Pathway (TIP) diversion program to keynote speaking, professional development, and on-site trainings, our programs equip young people and the adults who serve them with practical tools for healing, resilience, leadership, and lasting change.

OUR FOUNDER
Ashley Morken is the founder and visionary behind Healing Hearts Haven—a creative ecosystem dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities discover meaningful alternatives to generational cycles of trauma, disconnection, and adversity.
Drawing from not only her own troubled youth, she draws on her unique background as an attorney, artist, educator, and relationship specialist, bringing together systems thinking, creativity, and human development to build programs that inspire healing, leadership, and lasting change. Ashley's work is rooted in one simple belief: while we cannot change what happened, we can choose what happens next.
Ashley began a search for better answers for not only herself but also for all the young people she represented in juvenile court that has now grown into a vision that reaches far beyond traditional coaching—one that empowers communities to invest in creativity, connection, and the limitless potential of the next generation.
